The treasurer is responsible for billing.At the end of the first week of each half term, you will be given an envelope with your child’s name, sessions, the amount due and the date for payments to be handed in.
Please put your payment in the envelope provided and preferably in the fees box by the back door.The treasurer empties the box on a regular basis.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque or childcare vouchers. (Please make cheques payable to GamlingayRainbowPre-School).
Fees are reviewed annually at the AGM and parents/carers will be notified of any changes in writing.We aim to keep our fees competitive and as low as possible.
Fees must be paid even if your child is sick or on holiday.The only exception being if your child is hospitalised.
Failure to pay Pre-School fees gives Pre-School the right to exclude your child until fees are met in full.
Pre-School require half a terms notice should you wish to withdraw your child from sessions on a permanent basis.Failure to do this will result in you having to pay the fees for that half term, as we will be unable to fill your child’s place at short notice.
Currently, your child is entitled to Government Funding the term after he/she is three years old.The appropriate claim forms will be given out by staff once your child is eligible.These forms have to be completed once a term to receive the funding. Should you wish to know more please ask a member of staff.
